Baby potatoes stuffed with cheese

 



Ingredients

500 gr. baby potatoes
Salt, pepper
A little olive oil
500 gr. sour cream
100 gr. grated cheddar
8 slices bacon
Chopped chives

How to:

Place the potatoes in a pan, season with salt and pepper, garnish with olive oil, and bake until soft inside.
Cut a slit in each potato and scoop out some of the crumbs.
Saute the bacon and let it dry on a paper towel. Then chop it.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream and chopped chives together with salt and pepper.
Place the mixture on each baby potato and garnish with grated cheddar and bacon.
