Ingredients
400 gr. artichokes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tbsp. thyme leaves
Salt and pepper
1/3 tsp. grated parmesan
The zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp parsley, chopped

How to:
Cut the artichokes in half and dry very well.
In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic, thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Add the artichokes and toss gently to coat, then gently toss with 3 tablespoons Parmesan.
Add the artichokes to the air fryer basket, cut sides up, and top with the remaining 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Parmesan.
Air fry until golden brown and crisp on the edges, 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer to a plate, grate the zest from half a lemon and sprinkle with parsley.
