The "lazy" pasta

 


Ingredients

200 gr. pasta of your choice
65 gr. sun-dried tomatoes
1 Mr. p. tahini
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt, garlic and dried Italian herbs to taste
1/2 tsp. p. tomato paste
1 spoonful of the pasta water

How to: 

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Strain, keep a spoonful of their water and set aside.
Place all the remaining ingredients in a blender and beat until you have a cream with a perfect texture.
Pour the cream into a pan and add the pasta.
Allow to warm, stir and serve.
Garnish with grated cheese.
