Ingredients
1 cauliflower2 eggs
1 tbsp yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tomato slices
2 mozzarella slices Oregano
to taste
How to:
Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, at least two centimeters wide.
Dip the cauliflower slices into the mixture, making sure they are well coated on all sides.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the breaded cauliflower slices for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the cauliflower slices to a baking sheet, place a tomato slice and a mozzarella slice on top of each slice.
Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella melts and takes on a light color.
Let it rest for a while before serving your Cauliflower Parmesan Cutlets.
