Ingredients
250 gr. cream cheese
200 ml. milk cream
1 sweetened milk
The juice of 2 lemons (depending on the acidity you want, you can also add a lemon)
1 package of biscuits
120 gr. melted butter
How to:
Place the cream cheese in a bowl and add the cream, sweetened milk, and lemon juice.
Beat with the mixer for about 4-5 minutes until you get a fluffy mixture.
Put the cookies in a food processor, add the melted butter and pulse until the cookies are powdered.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin and spread evenly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the base and garnish with lemon zest.
Refrigerate for at least an hour, until chilled.
