Egg eyes with tomato sauce

 


Ingredients

4-5 cloves of garlic

3-4 tbsp olive oil
3 chili peppers
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:

Start by chopping the tomatoes and garlic.
Heat the oil and sauté the tomatoes and garlic over high heat for 4 minutes.
Once the tomatoes start to break down, season with salt and pepper and add the chilies.
Lower the heat and cover for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are fully cooked.
Crack the eggs and cover them. Cook on low until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Serve with bread and enjoy.
