Asparagus in the pan with lemon and parmesan

 



Ingredients

1 bunch of asparagus
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
30 g. grated parmesan
Salt, pepper


How to:

Cut the tough ends off the asparagus.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic for a few seconds.
Add the asparagus and cook for about 5-6 minutes until slightly softened.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the asparagus hot, sprinkling the grated Parmesan on top.
